Each scoop is filled with colorful beads that represent different goodies from our collection! We scoop the beads, match them to their corresponding items, and carefully pack your surprises.

What comes in my mystery scoop?

Our scoops include a fun variety of beauty products, accessories, home goodies, stationary and everyday favorites. Every box is a surprise!

How many items will I receive?

Can I choose my colors?

We love making your box feel special! You’ll have the opportunity to share your color preferences when ordering. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific colors and items cannot be guaranteed.

Will I receive duplicate items?

We aim to provide a variety of goodies in every box! If an item category is selected more than once, you may receive different colors or styles.

Can I watch my scoop being made on TikTok?

Yes! You can add a personalized TikTok scoop video to your order for an additional $ amount. Videos will be posted on our Picked & Pretty Co. TikTok account.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for order processing. Shipping time is additional and varies by location. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the surprise nature of our mystery scoops, all sales are final. If something arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Do you offer holiday gift boxes?

Yes! We offer limited-edition, preassembled gift boxes during select holidays. Contents and pricing vary by collection.
